I have often been told that in the professional world, one should have professionalism at all time and that it has nothing to do with spirituality. I found that piece of teachings on a shaky ground when I first came across the term spiritual leadership. In the head start of the course, I took time off from the day’s schedule to check what this word actually meant and how it was defined. What I loosely (not deeply though) understood that to be able to lead better (others as well as oneself), it is important that we connect well with ourselves first.
